I wore a new shirt on stage one night and did not realize that the shirt wasn't colorfast until the end of the night. By then I found that perspiration carried the dye from the shirt into the finish of my Paul.
Needless to say I'm livid. My question to you is, would a Scratch Pad have prevented my dye soaked perspiration from coming in contact with my finish?

I just bought a new Gibson ES-335 guitar 2 days ago. I found your product by surfing the net. My question is: will the scratch pad harm the nitrocellulose finish on my 335? Thanks, Bob P.
