Valleypalooza 2005

Scratch Pad supports the musicians of tomorrow. ________________________________ Valleypalooza, Putnam Valley’s largest showcase of high school student bands, is a combination of rock, metal, alternative and acoustic musical acts make up this 5-6 hour musical extravaganza. Unlike a battle of the bands, this is not a competitive event. All musicians receive gifts and t-shirts for performing. Everyone is a winner. Each year students are asked to submit a CD sample of their music, along with a form of information for consideration for performing. Bands are then selected by the event co-ordinators. Valleypalooza is run with many local volunteers. Security and safety are paramount. It is a great environment for people of all ages who love music. iGuitar.com is a major supporter of this event.
